Hi, I’m Kim!

I first started learning about crystals & their healing properties about 5 years ago when I took a weekend course that my niece had encouraged me to sign up for. She had already started her journey into energy healing, card readings and the power of crystals. She told me I would love it and guess what, she was right! I have since taken many more courses and never pass up a chance to learn something new about crystals & all of their amazing properties!

Shortly after I took that first weekend class I started dabbling in making crystal healing bracelets. I sucked at it at first, couldn’t figure out how to tie those darn knots so they would stay and I always had beads flying everywhere! But, like everything else in life, the more I practiced the better I got at it. And these days I am absolutely in my glory whenever I get to sit down & create!

When I first started making malas it happened in pretty much the same way. A friend that owned a jewelry/crystal shop said to me one day “Why don’t you start making malas? You could teach classes on how to make them. Lots of people have been asking.” So the mala making began. Another project I absolutely love sitting down to do. And I love teaching classes because everyone’s creations always turn out completely unique & beautiful. Check out the education page for all the classes I offer.

For as long as I can remember I was “fixing” or “adjusting” my own jewelry. Adding an extension to a necklace here, fixing a clasp on a bracelet there, seems like I always had a knack for it. But in the past year I had the opportunity to learn a lot more about it when I worked in a crystal shop where we also repaired jewelry for people. I learned so much while I worked there and never got tired of seeing the smile on people’s faces when they came to pick up their newly repaired item. It makes me very happy to be able to brighten a person’s day like that.

Creating beautiful jewelry as well as repairing precious pieces for my customers is truly what lights up my soul and I am always thankful for the time I get to spend doing it.
