1. What materials are used in my pieces?
The majority of the metals I use in my pieces are either stainless steel or gold-plated. In some of my less expensive sets it is just plated metals, for example zinc or alloy dipped in gold or silver coloring to plate the outside. If you look at the information on each piece the materials used are listed in the description.

2. Does the jewelry come with a guarantee?
Yes. Any piece of jewelry you purchase from me is 100% guaranteed for 1 year. Keep the insert you get with your purchase as proof and I will repair any breakage or damage from normal use, no questions asked.

3. Are the pieces hypo-allergenic?
The short answer is yes, most of them are. Some of the pieces are made with less expensive materials so they may irritate some skin types. But you can find what they are made with when you look at the description on the individual pieces.

4. Can I customize existing pieces?
Yes! If you spot something you really love but wish it was just a little bit different (shorter, longer, a different colour of beads etc.) feel free to reach out to me & I will do my best to tweak it just the way you want!

5. What kinds of crystals are used?
The crystals I use in my creations are all 100% authentic & locally sourced whenever possible. I am a huge supporter of locally owned businesses so when I am shopping for materials I support my favourite local shops first. I am also a huge believer in energy and that what you put out comes back to you. So, I like to support local, knowing that it will come back to me in all kinds of positive ways!
